Terms of use
Last updated 19 October 2026
These terms apply to Freeboard dashboards in early access, provided by Bytelegion OÜ. You accept them when you create your login. They are written to be read: if something isn’t clear, write to info@bytelegion.site.
What Freeboard is
A dashboard to plan your cash flow when your income is irregular. It shows estimates calculated from the data you enter: they are not financial, tax or legal advice and they don’t guarantee what will happen. Decisions about your money stay yours.
Early access
Freeboard is still being built. Features can change, arrive or go away, and there may be bugs or interruptions. Before a change that affects how you use your dashboard, we tell you by email.
Price
The first 100 people get the first year free, from the day their dashboard is created. Before that year ends we tell you the price and the conditions to continue. Nothing is charged automatically: if you don’t continue, you can export your data and we delete the dashboard.
Your data
What you enter is yours. You can export it and delete it whenever you like. How we handle it is explained in the privacy notice.
Your login
A dashboard is for one person: keep your password to yourself. Don’t use Freeboard for anything unlawful, and don’t try to break it or reach other people’s data.
If we stop
If we end early access or Freeboard itself, we give you at least 30 days’ notice by email, so you can export your data.
Responsibility
We do our best to keep Freeboard working and your data safe. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for decisions taken on the basis of the estimates or for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer.
Law
These terms are governed by Estonian law, without taking away the protection that the law of the country where you live gives you. If there is a problem, write to info@bytelegion.site first and we’ll try to solve it together.
