Freeboard

Freeboard, in motion.

The bow of a ship above the waterline: more buffer, more freeboard. A small motion system for the brand and its app, built in Rive and live on this page.

Drag it: the hull rides higher as the buffer grows. Hover the logo to see the freeboard measured.

The bow cuts through the wait.

While transactions sync, the water streams past in short surges and the bow pitches with each one. Switch to progress and the boat travels a real distance, with the percentage counting up through an eased converter.

Small moments from the app.

Pieces of the browser extension and the dashboard, rebuilt as Rive state machines. Pointer and keyboard both work: the canvases expose real buttons and switches to assistive technology.

Toggle

Turning it on fills the track with water. The knob stretches as it travels and settles without a bounce.

Primary button

Press, then wait: the pill folds into a spinner, and lands on a drawn check or a shake with a way to try again.

When every transaction is sorted. The water breathes, the stars take turns. Hover to lift the bow, click to wish on a star.

One clock, five curves.

Every timeline and transition in the file draws from the same tokens. Nothing moves at a constant rate; loops breathe on a sine, arrivals decelerate, exits accelerate.

Driven by data. Each artboard has a view model. Sliders and switches on this page write to it, listeners inside the file write back, and converters ease, remap and format the numbers on the way.

Reduced motion. A boolean on every view model swaps the loops for still poses and skips the intro. It follows your system setting, and the switch at the top overrides it.
